Our menu is designed for the modern customers offering nourishing, restaurant-quality Thai food that fits seamlessly into busy lifestyles.
We make sauces from scratch and use locally grown grass-fed beef and pork, as well as local vegetables and herbs when in season. These help the environment – and they also taste better! The food we make allows us to reach our wider goals of sustainability, community initiatives, and supporting local businesses.

“High Street” Camile
Capital Required: €250 - 450k total. Initial personal capital from €100,000.
Our flagship franchise serves local residential communities, primarily offering a hot evening meal at home. This format tends to have relatively low occupancy costs (typically 1,000 – 1,500 square feet) with a strong nighttime business.
Petite Camile
Capital Required: from €70,000. Costs for fitout from €100-€150K
Our mini Camile format is suitable for high footfall locations like transit stations (Motorway services, Airports, Train Stations) and shopping centres (footprint as little as 180 sq. ft.)
